What we are looking for: 

Accountable for the achievement of company growth goals by delivering superior client satisfaction through the recruiting, hiring, training and managing of a highly effective sales team and the development of effective marketing strategies. Reports to the Managing Partner/CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Locating and recruiting the best Account Managers in the EDM and SaaS industries through national contacts such as competitors, trade associations, vendors, recruiters, etc.
  • Strategic account planning with members of the sales team.
  • Gathering and cataloging competitor information and distributing it to Account Managers, Client Support staff and other DataServ audiences.
  • Continuous improvement and development of sales team members through weekly coaching sessions, "ride-alongs", post-call de-brief sessions and sales roundtable discussions.
  • Performance of annual and quarterly evaluations, counseling, discipline and dismissal (if required).
  • Participation in development of departmental budgets and cost controls associated with the distribution of said budgets.
  • Selection, evaluation and potential attendance and participation at industry trade shows/summits and conferences.
  • Management of internal sales reporting systems such as call reports, activity, projections, forecasts, etc. for delivery to the rest of the management team.
  • Travel as needed to manage remote sales staff. Creation of appropriate communications and reporting systems to insure accurate and timely management of remote personnel.
  •  Working with recruiters and consultants to locate, recruit, hire and train team members who are committed to building and sustaining superior client relationships.

Qualifications:

7 - 10 years of experience managing sales teams
Bachelors Degree Required, MBA preferable
Experience driving a national sales team to consistently deliver multi-million dollar annual quota International sales / management experience is a plus
Sandler Sales System training and experience is preferred
Sandler Sales Management program completion is highly valued
Must be willing to relocate to St. Louis, MO

Position Description

Responsible for development and support of web and back-end software applications necessary to support DataServ client solutions and internal operations. This position reports to Manager of Software Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, enhance and support DataServ and client-specific applications. We build web-based applications to support our growing international client base as well as internal Windows client applications and batch processes.
  • As applicable, meet and/or coordinate with DataServ IS team members, client IS team members, DataServ Client Support and 3rd party vendors.
  • Discover, learn and apply new technologies to augment DataServ's solution capabilities.
  • Create and maintain thorough process and system documentation.
  • Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision, proactively report status, issues and suggestions to manager.
  • Go "above and beyond" when needed.
  • Participate in on-going professional development activities to build technical and Document Management expertise.

Position Description:

Responsible for architecting, deploying and managing project implementations of DataServ’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) document management solution. The DSC works closely with new and existing US and international DataServ clients as well as various internal departments to implement our solution, often managing several projects simultaneously. Typical responsibilities include creation of the Scope of Work document, business requirements analysis, solution design and implementation, test plan creation and execution, process documentation and management of miscellaneous project deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete implementation projects within budgeted hours while meeting or exceeding DataServ quality standards and client expectations.
  • Interface with the entire DataServ implementation team, including various internal departments and all levels of management.
  • Create and maintain system and process documentation and perform knowledge transfer to Client Service and Technical Support team members.
  • Participate in product development efforts to broaden DataServ’s core service offerings.
  • Develop and maintain current technical, consulting and document management knowledge-base by attending industry-related user group meetings, vendor training and seminars.

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Strong blend of technical aptitude, project management and communication skills.
  • Experience with direct client interaction.
  • Experience managing small projects.
  • Experience with system testing and documentation.
  • Thorough understanding of full application development lifecycle.
  • Strong skills in data querying and manipulation using SQL.
  • Limited travel (5-20%)

Position Description:

  • Analyzes and fixes system issues experienced by DataServ clients.
  • Works on diverse internal projects involving enhancement of internal tools, improvement of DataServ's processing environment and self-development.

Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit an "above and beyond" attitude for accomplishing DataServ's objectives.
  • Analyze reported client-specific or system-wide issues and enhancements, determine affected data and system components, make solution recommendations, implement fixes and unit/system test these changes. This involves configuration of 3rd party and internally developed software tools for Document Management, light programming, job scheduling, database querying and manipulation, reporting, etc.
  • Interface with Client Services team, DataServ clients, vendors, peers and managers to clarify issues, coordinate activities and communicate results. Must be able to communicate in technical and non-technical terms depending on audience.
  • Proactively report issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain thorough process and system documentation.
  • Participate in on-going professional development activities to build technical and Document Management expertise.

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science.
  • Proven analytical thinking and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    In this key role representing DataServ, you are responsible for interaction with clients to support and resolve any issues in a timely manner consistent with superior client service. This position reports to the Client Relationship Manager.
Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2+ years customer service experience for a technology based company
  • Technical help desk experience preferred; to include 1st tier support
  • Ability to deliver on-site training and/or presentations
  • Excellent PC skills and hands-on Internet experience required
  • Ability to work independently yet support team responsibilities
  • A positive, friendly, can-do attitude
Responsibilities:

  • Build Client relationships to service and grow the Client base through the creation of Client-specific Service plans, Client Meetings, and/or proactive calls.
  • Respond to and resolve all Client Support inquiries; escalate where appropriate
  • Follow-up on Client inquiries not immediately resolved; maintain regular communication with Client
  • Document all Client interactions in the customer relationship management database system
  • Educate Clients on the system features, online help resources and tutorials that enhance their programs and make more efficient use of their time
